Camp is for any student entering 6th grade in fall 2026 through those just graduated from 12th grade.

We understand that the cost of camp can be daunting for some families. This year, we are offering discounts that get your cost down lower than EVER (see the breakdown here). If financial assistance is needed beyond these, please fill out this form and allow 2 weeks for us to process your request and contact you.

Registering for camp is the only way to secure your spot! All information and a deposit are due at the time of registration. Please note that ALL registrants must pay the deposit, even if using discounts and requesting financial assistance.

Final balances are due the week before leaving for camp (July 13th). Please note that your spot may be given to another camper in the event that we do not receive final payment before this deadline

Refunds will be granted (minus the $75 deposit) for all cancellations made at least 24 hours before leaving for camp (2pm on July 18th). You can notify us of your cancellation and any questions you might have by emailing with your student’s full name to camp@shepherdchurch.com.

You can pay in full or set up payments at the time of registration. A $75 non-refundable deposit is all that is needed at the time of registration. Final payment is due July 13th. If you are applying for financial assistance, please allow 2 weeks for us to process your request and contact you.
